A lot has happened this Summer for costume ideas, we’ve seen users searching early this year for movie costume ideas like Batman the Dark Knight & The Joker, Indiana Jones or Iron Man back in June and July.
Lately, we’re seeing the more classic searches surging like couple costume ideas, baby costume ideas or sexy costume ideas.
As a recap, so far this year we’ve seen great trends, and really no surprise. From the month of May to pretty much now, we’ve seen the 2008 Blockbuster movies owning the Top positions of our most popular costume ideas report.
First, Iron man costumes and Indiana Jones costumes took over for several weeks in a row, owning top 5 spots but slowly started to lose positions as the #4 all time movie came out: Batman the Dark Knight.
A lot has happened in the past 2 weeks and it’s time to catch up once again! With Mardi Gras, Valentine’s Day (in 8 days!) and President’s Day in February, you would think that most popular search costume ideas are directly related to those Holidays… as proven below, it is simply not!

I finally have some time to discuss the most popular costume ideas for the month of October 2007 here at CostumZee.
October has been crazy for CostumZee, and we need to thank you all for coming on our websites, checking out costume ideas, participating in our costume idea forum and read our costume idea blog.
CostumZee has received a ton of mentions in the online and print media last month and this was really exciting. We even made in Time Magazine!

So, we are very much into the last 4 weeks before Halloween…time goes by REALLY fast this year!
We actually saw a few changes in September over August. First, it does look like people who knew what they wanted went online and already got it.
Now is the wave of people (maybe you?) who are looking for a great costume idea, and have to deal with out of stock products, and all the popular stuff is almost mostly gone. Bummer. Don’t wait, believe us, out of stock products are starting to appear across online costume stores…like the Hannah Montana costume.
WOW. Another month has gone by…bye bye vacations, it’s time to go back to school, get back in the usual day to day business, not so fun for everybody…Hey, but hold on: we’re only less than 60 days away from HALLOWEEN! Yay!!
