Parent Talk Consignment Sale: Sharing Costumes for Those in Need

The current economy has certainly taken its toll on many families. It doesn’t seem to matter where you live. Purchasing new items can be difficult, but if you have growing kids there is no way around buying new toys, clothes, and other items. There is also the fact that if you are done having more kids you have tons of toys for younger ages that are no longer useful. A baby born just months before Halloween may have a size 6 months Halloween costume, but chances are you will not be able to use it again.

Parent Talk is an organization which allows you to sell your items on consignment or to donate the items. They also allow people to move through the hundreds of items to purchase new clothing and toys for their children. Parent Talk is based in Boston. Each year there is a semi annual sale. Parent Talk may be in Boston, but this does not mean you can’t take part or start your own style of organization.

Each state in the USA is falling on hard times. Hundreds of people are out of work, struggling, yet they do not want their children to suffer.
Halloween is still a few months away. You have plenty of time to organize a charity event or consignment sale to help out the many families. Whether you are donating a Disney Princess costume or selling a Jack Sparrow costume on consignment this is one of the best ways to go about it.
