Halloween wouldn’t be Halloween without… Saw! That’s right.
Every year for the past 4 years, we’ve been ‘invited’ to watch of one of the most scary series of movies of all time named Saw, directed by a team of incredible producers (James Wan and Darren Lynn Bousman and David Hackl).
I love Saw, well you read this blog, you know that already, I have talked about it here, here and here

If you watch Animal Planet, you know about
Meerkat Manor and The Whiskers

The living story of meerkats surviving in the wild.
This is a really good show, think about it like reality-show meets nature, and it is very entertaining, educational but sometimes sad. I do not watch it religiously, but i find myself switching channels once in a while to see if the little craters are on.
Discover Channel has released a collection of Animal Planet costumes, including, YES you got it right, a meerkat costume! We had, here on CostumZee, a forum discussion going on now for over a year about it, and I am pleased to finally announced that you can buy meerkat costume online at least at one of our online partners.

Ok, this won’t be cheap and it might cost you a few thousands of dollars, but you could dress up as the most celeb mobster of HBO Tony Sopranos for real this Halloween!
I found out today that Chritie’s will be auctioning many of Tony Sopranos’ suits and other wardrobe really soon. Auctions on most pieces are set to start around $1,000 and up, but this is not your average mafia costume, remember, this is the real deal.
My favorite? Certainly the outfit Tony was wearing when his Uncle Junior shot him out of dementia… it has blood stains and i would expect that it has the bullet hole as well. Simply, the perfect Halloween costume!

There is some really exciting news. If you’re like me and not a huge manga fan, you probably have missed this one. Dragonball Z – the movie is in the works and set to be released next year (2009).
It’s actually really cool, because I loved Dragonball Z the cartoon when i was a kid, I think i actually pretty much watched all the seasons, so I am pretty excited about this one. All I can say at this point, is that I am afraid that the movie ends up like Speed Racer, a flock.
Based on the the teaser poster I found at Slashfilm.com, it doesn’t look like the characters look as extravagant as they appear in the original television serie:

…but maybe that’s a good thing, to keep it real.

This is pretty funny… A guy name “Tron Guy” (see how he made his TRON costume) has purchased a plane with a custom paint to match his favorite costume… pretty cool huh?
But could that become a trend?
I’d laugh pretty hard if I saw a car driving down the street with a custom “Papa Smurf” custom paint
