The Marvel Comics super heroe Captain America is planning to make it back on the big screen in 2009.

Captain America the movie will start production next year in 2008 to be released the following year if everything goes well (a July 4th release maybe!?):

“Unassuming Army officer Steve Rogers volunteers for a top secret research project that turns him into Captain America, a superhero dedicated to defending America’s ideals.”

300 is a 2007 film adaptation of the graphic novel 300 by Frank Miller, and is a fictionalized retelling of the Battle of Thermopylae.

If you are into spartan type of costumes, you’ll be the hot piece out there with one of the 300 costumes. The outfits reminds a lot what Brad Pitt was wearing in Troy.

Hairspray has been incredibly successful on Broadway, and like any other successful entertaining show, it usually becomes a movie.

I am a huge fan of SAW, watched all 3, loved all 3. The fourth one is coming out this Halloween, and the icing on the cake news is that the fifth and sixth are already planned! Director David Hackl will be the man directing it!

So, here we go. we predict that the SAW masks (Jigsaw and Puppet) will be hot in 2008 and 2009! That makes our Future Trends predictions!

I was watching Miami Vice the movie last night, and although I have heard mixed reviews about it, I was surprised that it did not stink at all!

If you never about it nor heard about the Miami Vice television series, it’s basically the story of 2 Miami cops who go undercover to fight drug trafficking operations. Boy stuff.

The Emmy nominations just got released and The Sopranos got 15 nominations for best drama!

So, this is a great opportunity to remind you of an original and still very much scary costume idea: Tony Sopranos costumes, and more generic, Mafia costumes, a not-so-popular costume idea, though very cool!
