One of the most popular home computer games of all time, World of Warcraft is a fantasy video game that falls into the category of a Massively Multi-Player Online Role Playing Game (or, MMPORPG, for short). This highly addictive game engages players around the world banding together into clans and factions with one another from up to thousands of miles away. Gamers can choose between aligning themselves with the Alliance, the "good guys" such as the dwarves and humans or the Horde, comprised mostly of Orcs, Dark Elves, and Trolls.

Breaking down these factions even further are the skill-sets of each race and their occupations, with some players choosing to be a priest or mage, or even a warrior. The objective is to complete quests and missions on behalf of your guild or faction, attaining power and glory... At least in WOW, that is.

Dressing up as World of Warcraft
