About Vulcans
Devoid of emotion with a love (although, let's not get too crazy here) for logic and reason, Vulcans are a race of human-like aliens in the Star Trek universe. They come from the planet Vulcan and are distinguished by their arched eyebrows, and most importantly, their pointed ears. Another notable difference from Vulcans and humans is that Vulcans have green blood and a slight greenish cast to their skin due to the fact that their blood is copper-based. Among special powers of the Vulcan race are their ability to engage a sense of telepathy upon contact and execute the "Vulcan Mind Meld" to better understand their subject.
Dressing up as a Vulcan
Live long and prosper! Brush up on your Vulcan hand greeting before attempting to dress as some of the greatest and most recognizable Vulcans of all time including Star Trek's Spock, Spock's father Sarek, Star Trek Voyager's Tuvok, and female Vulcans like {T'Pol}, T'Pring, and T'Pau -- one of the most powerful Vulcan officials.
No matter who you choose to be, pick up a pair of Vulcan ears that affix over the top of your own ears thanks to double-sided tape. These partial ear coverings rest attop your own ear cartiledge and give them a pointy, Vulcan look. Add some foundation over part of your eyebrows and use eyebrow pencil to extend them into the Vulcan arch.
