About Vegetable

Vegetables come in a wide variety of items. Typically vegetable means the edible part of a plant. Most vegetables will grow in the ground, as part of the root, and offer a leafy green top. Not all vegetables are a like though. Most often we consider a vegetable anything that grows as a plant, in which we can get a savory or salted dish from. A vegetable is usually not sweet, but again there are exceptions to this. Pumpkins and sweat potatoes are both sweet vegetables. Vegetables can be cooked or eaten raw in most cases. Carrots, bell peppers, and celery are the most common vegetables eaten raw.

Dressing up as Vegetable

Since there are numerous vegetables out there you have a wide array of choices when it comes to dressing up as a vegetable. There are however some common vegetables for costumes. These are peas in a pod, carrot, pickle, chilli pepper, and corn. The vegetable costume is made from bunting and cotton. It is usually a one piece costume going from the legs to the top of the head. Depending on the vegetable you might need pants and shirt to match. Many of the vegetable costumes are made for infants, but you still have a wide choice for adults.
