About Thing 1

Thing 1 is a twin to Thing 2 from Cat in the Hat. Thing 1 is full of mischief when it comes to the Cat and his entourage. Thing 1 and {Thing 2} speak in a different language that is definitely not clear. They will leap from one set of trouble making to the next. They are always looking for adventure at the cost of others. They are also accompanied by the Goldfish. Cat in the Hat is a series of books by Dr. Seuss. One of the books has been turned into a film.

Dressing up as Thing 1

To dress up as Thing 1 you will find red pajamas with feet and gloves. These pajamas have a round circle delineating whether you are Thing 1 or Thing 2. Your face will need to be covered in a blue hue, with wild blue hair to complete the costume. As you might have guessed you really can’t have a complete Thing 1 costume if you don’t drag Thing 2 along for some trouble.
