Although he got his start in WCW as "Stunning" Steve Austin as one half of the tag team the Hollywood Blondes, professional wrestler Steve Austin made it big in WWE with one of the most popular figures in wrestling history. After being fired from WCW, he came to the brutal ECW under the name "Superstar" Steve Austin before making the jump to the big time as the ruthless "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. Bald, muscular, and wearing simple black trunks and boots, the "Texas Rattlesnake" coined many famous catchphrases as well as being known for his smash-mouth wrestling style in the ring. He had notable feuds with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and WWE boss Vince McMahon during the pro wrestling promotion's "Attitude Era." Austin will be inducted into the 2009 WWE Hall of Fame.
