Slytherin is the name of a fictional house at Hogwarts in the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. Harry Potter is perhaps the most popular children’s book series to have ever been written. The fame from the series has enabled it to become eight movies based on the seven books. Merchandise based on the book is also very popular. The costumes one can create based on the characters from the books leads us to the Slytherin tie. The Slytherin tie is an article of clothing you would need for Draco Malfoy or Snape as both characters were in the Slytherin House. Slytherin House was also Voldemort’s house. It is where many of the less kind characters were placed, those who tend towards evil deeds.

The Slytherin tie is made with green material and grey stripes. For the sharpest dressing folks of Slytherin House, this article of clothing is essential. You can pair the tie with the Slytherin Robe of the same colors. You have a choice between the regular tie and the deluxe model. The deluxe model will have the Hogwarts Slytherin symbol of the snake emblazoned on the front. As you dress like Draco you will also need the Slytherin Scarf, a wand, and blonde wig.
