They would then place certain valuables with the dead and place the sarcophagus in a tomb. Cats of the dead individual were often mummified to go with the human. The oldest mummy dates back to 6,000 years. A sexy mummy is just a costume based on interpretations of the walking dead found in books and film. Sexy mummies are generally considered female in origin. Nefertiti would be a good example.
