Boarding a ship and traveling from one end of the earth to the other, seafaring men known as Sailors have charted countless courses over the seven seas since the dawn of time. While some sailors are merchants or traders, others are members of the Navy, the water-bourne division of any given nation's military.

Encountering sharks, pirates, and forces of nature, Sailors have to be both resourceful and in tune with portents of the sky and sea to ensure safe passage to their next destination.

Dressing up as a Sailor

Show your (Naval} stripes in a Navy sailor costume in either dark blue or white with reverse trim and a broad sailor's collar and tie as a telltale sign of your status. Included in the adult men's sailor costume is a sailor hat. This also makes for a great addition to a group-style Village People costumed quintet!

Ladies may want to get naughty AND nautical as a Sexy Sailor, reminscent of classic pin up girls of the '40s and '50s with a cute sailor top and skirt in a shimmering shade of blue satin.
