In the film and books of the Chronicles of Narnia, WWII-era British schoolgirl Lucy Pevensie becomes Princess Lucy when she steps into the magical world on the other side of the wardrobe. She makes her first appearance in "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe" as the youngest sister of Peter, Susan, and Edmund Pevensie, befriending the faun Mr. Tumnus and learning all there is to know about the magical world of Narnia, wishing to help its inhabitants break free of the tyrannical rule of the White Witch and restore Narnia to the kindly lion, King Aslan. Somewhat tomboyish, Lucy is also the first to readily accept magic and believe in Aslan. She, along with her siblings, becomes warrior royalty in Narnia.

Dressing up as Princess Lucy

An officially licensed Chronicles of Narnia costume, little girls can dress up as the tomboyish yet innocent Lucy Pevensie in her princess garb. The long-sleeved dress comes with a high neckline on the bodice made of white satin embroidered with silver. The long sleeves and long skirt of the dress are made of a shimmering, iridescent crushed orange velvet material with a white inset on the skirt's front. Attached is a black belt at the waist trimmed in gold for a regal, beautiful look.
