About Priest
A priest is a person who has taken a vow to serve God. Typically a priest has authority or administration duties regarding religious rites. To become a priest one must first go through the priesthood. There are all types of priests throughout history including those in Judaism, Christianity, Shintoism, and Hinduism. A priest generally holds ceremonies of different rites from preaching to those in need, saying prayers, hearing confessions, or even performing marriage rites. The Pope in Catholicism was once a priest who worked his way through the church to become a man to lead the sect. In ancient times priests were also given to sacrificing rites, but luckily that no longer occurs in the mainstream society; though satanic cults can have priests that are not really men of God, but evil. ##Dressing up as Priest## Depending on your version of the Priest you have several options to choose from. {Nun] and Priests make excellent costumes for parties and Halloween.
