Originally a comic strip by Harold Gray, the little orphan with the auburn locks and a dog named "Sandy," "Little Orphan Annie" eventually became a popular radio show, a Broadway musical, and eventually a movie. Having grown up in mean Miss Hannigan's orphanage, Annie was eventually adopted by the gruff but kind millionaire, Daddy Warbucks and continually got into a myriad of misadventures.

Dressing up as Orphan Annie

It's a hard knock life for little Orphan Annie. Thankfully, it's not nearly as hard to find a costume to dress as the spunky, red-headed orphan.
