About Miami Ink

The TLC channel show that started the onslaught of tattooing shows, Miami Ink focuses on the lives and art of several prominent Miami tattoo artists and life in the shop. Although the show and the tattoo parlour are referred to as "Miami Ink," the shop's real name is actually "DeVille," and is owned by star artist Ami James and Chris Nunez. Some of the other artists on the show include the legendary Chris Garver, Darren Brass, Yoji, and most recently added Tim Hendricks to the roster.

Dressing up Miami Ink

Even if you can't haul it on down to South Beach for a tattoo by Ami or Garver, you can still get the look of some of their best work with officially licensed Miami Ink products. Tattoo sleeves and shirts are available in a variety of styles to give the illusion of a full sleeve or bodysuit of tattoos. Tattoo leggings are also available in ladies' sizes. With colorful "inks" imprinted upon sheer, pantyhose-like fabric, these items give the impression of "real" tattoos.
