About Magneto

Magneto is a character from the Xmen comics. He is the villain in most of the stories. Magneto was born Eric Lensherr, but as he grew older and began to hate the human race even more as a mutant, he turned quite evil. His long time friend Charles Xavier tries to save Magneto, but he is typically a lost cause. Magneto was turned into a human during the final movie- X Men Last Stand in order to stop his evil deeds. In 2011 we will see just what turned Magneto against the human race and caused the riff between Charles Xavier. The movie will be called X Men Origins Magneto. Magneto’s power deals in using metal. He can bend it, manipulate it, and use it as a weapon.

Dressing up as Magneto

Magneto costumes are created with a black top and black pants. The costume has a cape or coat with it as well. The cape is black with red lining. Gloves, combat boots, and a helmet complete the costume. The helmet is meant to protect against Charles Xavier. It is a lot like a Roman Helmet without the brush. Magneto costumes can be for both adults and children. They are typically made with polyester material for both comfort and durability.
