About Mad Scientists

Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Dexter. {Dr. Doom}. {Dr. Moreau}. All of 'em are mad scientists. Characterized by a need to discover and bring about their creations at all cost, these disturbed geniuses are driven, to say the least. Very often, their brilliant ideas do not fit within the confines of polite society, hence they are dubbed... MAD! Nyaaaahhaaahaaa! Just remember kids, a "mad scientist" isn't always an "evil scientist." They're just a little misunderstood!

Dressing up as a Mad Scientist

Do any of the above names appeal to you as a mad scientist of your choice, or would you rather carve out your own path of research and invent your own perfect mad scientist costume? Start with a mad scientist wig, complete with a wavy shock of humongous white hair, haphazardly ruffled by science-minded hands while attempting to concoct the perfect formula. Pick up a lab coat which you can splatter with your own fake blood! Or, opt for a {Dr. Frankenstein}-style mad scientist costume with a full lab coat that buttons up the side and with a mock-turtleneck and black vinyl gloves. You may be mad, but you still believe in keeping your work space sanitary!
