I chose Marvin the Martian for the challenge! To get the proportions correct, I needed a really big helmet/head and really big shoes. So I had to make these as well as the skirt. About Looney Tunes

Looney Tunes were a series of animated shorts featuring a cast of talking, humorous animal characters such as Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, and Sylvester the Puddytat. The original batch of Looney Tunes started in 1930 and were seen as an alternative to the cute, cuddly characters like Disney's Mickey Mouse. The Looney Tunes had significantly much more attitude and tackled more adult themes -- such as Bugs Bunny attempting to avoid being killed and eaten by Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam and even carried wartime themes during WWII. Many of the characters, including Bugs Bunny were voiced by Mel Blanc -- AKA - the Man of 1,000 voices. Currently, Looney Tunes characters like Taz, Tweety and others are still very popular and featured on t-shirts and tattoos as well as original Looney Tunes shown in television syndication.

Dressing up as Looney Tunes

Choose your favorite Looney Tunes character to get dressed up as, sure to be a big hit with cartoon fans of all ages. Dress up as the infamous carrot-chomping ringleader of the Merrie Melodies bunch as Bugs Bunny -- or his long-thuffering mallard frennemy, Daffy Duck. Other popular choices include dressing up as Sylvester and Tweety Bird as a fun, unexpected couple's costume -- or blow through the party like a Tazmanian tornado in a brown Taz costume based on everyone's favorite hard-to-understand creature!
