About Grand Vizier Jafar

In Disney's animated feature film, Aladdin, Jafar was the Grand Vizier to the Sultan of Agrabah, Princess Jasmine's father. On the surface, Jafar appears to be trustworthy and has the best interests of the Sultan at heart. In reality, Jafar had designs of his own towards the throne and was a powerful, yet evil sorceror who intended to use his magic to usurp the kindly Sultan. Jafar has a pet parrot by the name of Iago who frequently has a sarcastic retort for everything Jafar says. Jafar also carries a large, cobra-headed staff which is helps him to channel his power.

Dressing up as Grand Vizier Jafar

You'll look deliciously wicked dressed in the officially licensed Disney Jafar costume, available in mens' adult sizes. The costume comes complete with a floor length black robe in satin with red sleeves, sash, and contrast piping with a yellow inset at the chest. The costume's floor length black and red cape is attached with a shiny, black patent vinyl chestplate that extends to the shoulders in powerful looking points. Topping it all off is a black and red headdress, with a cobra motif and red drape to complete this evil look.
