About Glass Slippers

Glass slippers are perhaps the most famous shoes of fiction. The story of Cinderella talks of the young women wearing glass slippers and they were used to help the Prince find his love. Disney perpetuated the tale of Cinderella creating glass slippers through the fairy godmother for Cinderella to wear to the ball. There have been many renditions of Cinderella and all use some form of glass slipper as the way for the prince to find her again.

Dressing up as Glass Slippers

If you are going to be Cinderella for Halloween or a costume party you will need the glass slippers to complete the costume. Any princess costume should be complete with some type of shoe. The glass slippers can act as the tool to complete the princess costume. Any ball you might need to attend could also have the glass slippers as your shoes.
