I am the owner of a small speciality cake shop and thought it would be great fun to have my daughter dress as a wedding cake for Halloween.
I constucted the costume of soft foam wrapped around foamcore boards hollowed out to fit her body. Her arms stuck through the sides and her head out the top.

About Martini Dress
Bond, James Bond is the name of one character that has made Martini’s famous! The series always has Bond drink a dry martini shaken not stirred. A martini is a type of cocktail made with gin and vermouth. Occasionally individuals will substitute vodka for the gin. The drink is almost always garnished with one or two olives. Less common is the use of a lemon peel. There are different variations of martinis, which means there are different preparations. A more fruity drink is the Appletini, which uses gin or vodka with an apple sour. Many find martini’s to be too strong because of the high content of liquor that is not doused with any sort of fruit or anything else. Churchill was a person that drank martinis. Martinis are served in a cocktail glass with a wide rim, slim stem, and slightly smaller base.
Dressing up as Martini Dress
The Martini Dress is definitely all female no matter the choice in costume. There are a couple of different ways for the martini dress to be shaped. You have the classic short martini dress. This costume is a little black number, which is always sexy for a party. It has a martini shaped silver glass on the front with a green olive on the upper chest. The little black dress could also turn into a full fledge cocktail dress that goes done to the ankle. If you find these costumes are a little too simple for your tastes consider the Dirty Martini. A dirty martini offers a silver dress with a bit of green trim. The dress is form fitting on the bodice, with a short flowing skirt. Most of the martini costumes are for adults.
