Each year, an enormous white rabbit with pink ears and a basket full of candy breaks into our homes, leaving enough sugar for a lifetime of dentist visits. Ahh, Easter. I can taste it already. Theres nothing quite like biting the legs off of a chocolate ballerina. What is it about the Easter Bunny that delights us instead of making us run screaming (Let's face it.....7 ft. bunnys are pretty darn scary!)? Maybe its the delierium from the sugar high. Regardless, bunnys are a symbol for spring, and the Easter Bunny comes once a year bringing with him joy and a promise of lighter, brighter weather.
