About Dumbledore

Albus Dumbledore was known as the greatest wizard of his time in the Harry Potter series of novels and later films. Dumbledore was beloved by students at Hogwart's School of Wizardry where he was Headmaster for decades. The kindly Dumbledore took Harry Potter under his protective wing, guiding him to take over the defense of the wizarding world against the evil Voldemort. Dumbledore was the wizard responsible for creating the original Order of the Phoenix, designed to defeat Dumbledore. In spite of his conflicted, dark past, Dumbledore became one of the greatest wizards of all time until he was killed in the line of duty by Professor Severus Snape.

Dressing up as Dumbledore

Costume yourself as one of the greatest wizard of all time with distinctly different styles of officially licensed Harry Potter Dumbledore costumes. Choose which style of Dumbledore costume you wish to wear. One with more of a classic wizarding look is available, modeled after actor Richard Harris' portrayal of the wize wizard. Wear an Albus Dumbledore mask with his noble features portrayed beneath a mane of long grey hair and a grizzled grey beard with rooted synthetic hair on a latex mask with attached spectacles. Top this off with the pointed Dumbledore hat to complete the look.

The other style of Dumbledore costume available is based off of actor Michael Gambon's portrayal of Harry's mentor with a deluxe latex Dumbledore mask with rooted long yellow-grey synthetic hair and a long beard and mustache bound in the middle with a decorative rubber band. Attached to the mask are a pair of half-moon spectacles and a flat wizard cap.
