The human body is comprised of roughly 70% water and should be kept as hydrated as possible to function correctly. Eight glasses of water per day are recommended to keep the works running smoothly. Hot drinks (usually ones with caffeine) such as tea and coffee are a great option to keep warm or sober up after downing a few (hard) drinks!
