The man who calls the shots behind movies, television, plays, or any sort of medium, a director interprets the script with his own visualization, engaging the actors and collaborators involved in the production. Some famous directors include Cecil B. DeMille (best known for the epic "The Ten Commandments); Steven Spielberg (the Indiana Jones series of films, ET, etc.); Quentin Tarantino, Spike Lee, and Alfred Hitchcock.

Dressing up as a Director

Kick it old school with a 1930's style director costume, complete with a tan jacket, balloon style pants. and a black beret. Wear your own ascot or scarf tucked into the jacket and a pair of black boots and tuck the pants into it for a classic look.

Accessories to complete your look could include a megaphone and film clapboard.
