About Daddy Warbucks Bald Wig

Daddy Warbucks is a fictional character and the wealthy, kind, adoptive father of Little Orphan Annie in the comic strip, movie, and musical of the same name. Daddy Warbucks is a millionaire and philanthropist who had served in the military following the death of his mother at a young age. He grew up poor and worked his way up through the ranks and also attended college where he learned a thing or two about industry. In the comic strip, Daddy Warbucks was also a political vehicle for writer/cartoonist Harold Gray's views. He made his debut in 1924 before the Great Depression hit capitalists hard. Daddy Warbucks is almost always depicted wearing a white suit and with a shiny bald head.
