One of the most flamboyant of Disney's arch villainesses, Cruella Devil of {101 Dalmations} was a woman of wealth and (arguable) taste who planned on turning an adorable army of Dalmation puppies into fur coats. Tall and thin with stark, black-and-white hair and clothing, Cruella's blood red lips, devilish smile, ever-present cigarette holder and brutal cackle made her a fearsome (and fashionable) force to be reckoned with.
