About Buzz Lightyear

Oblivious to the fact that he's a toy, Buzz Lightyear is an astronaut action figure who was a birthday present for a little boy named Andy. One of the main characters in the animated Disney film, Toy Story, Buzz's catchphrase is "To infinity and beyond!" He's fully equipped with all sorts of cool gadgets on his (toy) space suit and is always read to use them! Egotistical and overly confident, Buzz is also very brave and learns the meaning of friendship throughout the course of the film alongside his fellow toy, a cowboy doll named Woody. In the film, Buzz is voiced by Tim Allen.
