About Butterflies
One of the most unique species in nature, the butterfly has three distinct stages in its life cycle. In its larvae stage, it is a multi-legged and sometimes fuzzy caterpillar. In its pupae stage, it wraps itself into a cocoon and is inactive before its third stage, it emerges from its chrysallis as a beautiful, winged butterfly.
