About Artists

Artists come in all mediums of art form ranging from dance,music, theatre, and the visual arts such as painting, sculpture, and graphic design. Generally, an artist (regardless of the form their art takes) is associated with creativity and making something out of nothing, giving form to an idea or putting a unique spin on something with their own interpretation. There are a number of visual artists that are known for their unique style of paintings or images, including pop artist Andy Warhol who thrived during the '70s/'80s era at Studio 54, surrealist Salvatore Dali (known for his elaborately curled mustache), abstract artist Pablo Picasso, and classic Renaissance painters Botticelli and Raphael who painted scenes from classical Greek mythology and Biblical figures.
