How to make a present costume?

Everyone loves to get presents and what better way to unwrap your costume party then to come as a present. To create a present costume you will need a few materials and instructions. This can be one of the simplest costumes to create. You also have a ton of different ways to wrap yourself as a present, and the information below is just one of them.

##Things you will need:##

* Cardboard box

* Wrapping paper

* Bow

* Present tag

* Tights or pants

* Shoes

##Instructions:##

Step 1: The main part of the present costume is to have something to unwrap. The cardboard box you choose should be large enough for you to fit in. You also want it to be big enough that you can fit your hands and legs through cut holes. The box needs to be completely taped together, except for the bottom. The bottom can have its entire area cut off. This makes it easier for you to get the box around your head and arms and allows for the best walking. Once the box has been cut, you will need to wrap it.

Step 2: The wrapping paper will cover the holes which you will have to cut out again. You can use any type of wrapping paper from Christmas to Birthday. It is up to you and the time of year you are wearing the costume.

Step 3: After the present has been wrapped you need to decide where the bow will go. You can have this on the box or even in your hair. It is up to you. The bow should be rather large. Also the gift tag can also be on the box or in your hair. It just depends on what you want.

Step 4: The tights or pants will need to match the wrapping paper for colour, but not pattern. The shoes should also match, so that you are one giant present.
