The easyest and cheapest way to make an alien mask is to take a helmet and form a wire frame on the helmet. then tape the helmet in the frame at the middle of the frame. you will then need to put baloons in the front and back of the frame to fill in the spaces. you will need"great stuff expanding foam" you can find it at the home depot. then cover the mask with the foam, make sure to fill all spaces. then sprap paint it a metalic black when dry. go ahead and pop the baloons. use air dry clay to make teeth.
