"True Blood"'s main character, Sookie Stackhouse is a telepathic waitress living in the Louisiana town of Bon Tempes. As much of a gift her abilities may be in such a small, supernaturally charged town, a gal's got to make her living somehow. Sookie makes hers working as a waitress at Merlotte's a local pub owned by Sam Merlotte -- a shapeshifter. Sookie is also quite popular with many a male vampire in town, including Bill Compton and Eric Northman.
Here's how to make your own Sookie Stackhouse costume:
Putting together your Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) costume
Step 1: Pick up a plain, tight white girlie shirt.
Step 2: You can easily make the green eliptical logo for Merlotte's official waitress shirts in Photoshop or any other graphic design software. Just make a green elpical pattern and write the name "Merlotte's" on it in a script-style font.
Step 3: Use a color printer to print out the logo onto a piece of iron-on transfer paper and press it onto the right hand chest side of your shirt.
Step 4: Put on a pair of black shorts and tie a green apron around your waist. (Gal's gotta keep her tips somewhere!)
Step 5: Put on a blonde wig and pull into a ponytail, if you so choose.
Step 6: Add a pair of comfy sneakers and a notepad and you're ready to read minds!
