Where to buy Librarian costume in the UK

I checked several UK websites and none had it.
The only place I found is eBay.co.uk, there is one costume available right now only...You can see it here.

Ive seen the "sexy librarian" costume on this site (the one with book ends on the skirt) I cant find anyone who sells it in the UK (or will ship it to the UK at a reasonable price) - can anyone help?
