Inflatable Blueberry (Violet Beauregarde - Willy Wonka)
My daughter has been casted as Violet Beauregarde in her school play 'Willy Wonka'. It would be great to have a costume that she could turn on during the play that would inflate into a blueberry.
Hello I am putting on the actual production of Willy Wonka, this year at my school. For violet I will be using a plastic bloomers for her to wear under her costume, which we will use to inflate using a compressor from back stage. Also she will wear a pink jump suit and very light pink hair to get the actual purple color when the BLUE spot light is on her. I hope this helps. This is a very difficult scene to do even Hollywood had to use major special effects for it to work.
