I love the wig. I think it's perfect! You probably don't even have to brush it out at all.
Where did you find the radish earrings? Those are a really cool touch to the costume and I wish I had thought of including them in a How-To that I did!
You could probably get away without the robes since you're wearing a sweater. The sweater would be a moot point (and probably really hot if you're indoors at a party) and would be covered up if you're wearing Hogwarts robes.
The call is up to you about the Converse vs. Mary Janes. If you're going to be on your feet a lot at a party, the Converse are probably the way to go and will likely be a lot more comfy. The Mary Janes are cute, though, too. Maybe if you were wearing a skirt version, I'd suggest the Mary Janes, but i'll probably go for the bright pair of Chucks!

I got the radish earrings on ebay, and I wanted to get a beetle ring as well, like she was supposed to have, but the sets with the radish earrings, cork necklace AND beetle ring were vastly more expensive, so I decided against it.
I'm going to a shop downtown that sells wigs to see if I can find something like that wig so I won't have to but it online. (As an actress, I deal with wigs a lot, and therefore know how shipped wigs tend to get ratty.) But if I can't find a wig as good as that one, I'll just buy it offline.

I need help finding a good wig, choosing whether i should wear robes or not, and for my shoes, should I wear mary janes or converse? Because in the OOTP when she loses her shoes they're those brightly coloured converse, but in HBP she wears mary janes. I was thinking of going for this wig: amphigory.com/wigs_fy_obsession.html
It's a little curlier than described, but i can probably brush it out a little?
