What you could do is take the costume to a tailor and either remove the sleeves, which would make for a cool, feminine twist on the costume, or to insert gussets underneath the sleeves so that it is a bit more flexible and gives you greater range of movement. Either one is a really simple, and inexpensive fix!
im a baton twirler performing to a beatles mix. how can i costume it but still be movable and flexible unlike the seargent pepper suits, because that is all i can find
