Macho Man Randy Savage Halloween Costume

I am looking for some ideas on creating an awesome Macho Man Randy Savage Halloween Costume. Since he no longer wrestles, it is very hard to find good stuff anymore. I did find the glasses, moustache, and bandana at this site:

I still need tights and boots and maybe a crazy hat. Any ideas?
