Even better, you may already have these items lurking in your closet. If not, it's a great excuse to go shopping for a costume you can get mileage out of the rest of the year!
Things You'll Need
- long curly wig in either blonde or light brown
- oversized flower pin
- stylish dress in pink, black, or white OR a cute skirt and top ensemble
- beaded clutch purse (picked up from any thrift store)
- unique shoes to match
Putting together your Carrie Bradshaw Sex and the City Costume
Step 1: Pick up a great long wig with spiral curls in a highlighted blonde look or a light, honey brown color.
Step 2: Put on your best, fashionista outfit!
Step 3: Pin on your large, oversized flower pin to your dress, corsage style. A flower hit with a hint of glitter adds a very Carrie-like touch!
Step 4: Grab your clutch (preferably not the hideous bird clutch that Big bought her!) and step into a sexy pair of shoes and you'll be ready to hit the town with three of your besties and dish about your boy toys!
