Any idea's for a Mrs.Lovett costume??

Ok,I'm a 15 (almost 16)year old girl who is wanting to dress up as Mrs.Lovett for my Halloween/Birthday costume party on halloween night and i cant find anywhere that has anything to use in my costume.not even a dress!so i was wondering if anyone could help me with that since my party is in about 2 months!HELP!!!
