I need some DIY Madonna costume ideas, not so much the modern 'Hung Up' Madonna but from the 80's. Can anyone help? Its for a high school girl who wants to look cute but not really really slutty.

My friend actually just won a costume contest last week doing the lucky star Madonna- she wore a tank top with a fishnet like top over it. The top was an old beach cover-up. Baggy black pants and ankle boots, messy teased hair and lots of jelly bracelets. Then she cut the feet off of an old pair of fishnet stockings and used them as fingerless gloves.
