Trying to Surprise my hubby w/ a Master Chief Costume

I'm trying to surprise my hubby w/ a Master Chief Costume. I'm pretty artistic and crafty but I can't seem to find any really good pics that show what angles I need to make it. I admit that I have never even played Halo. We have two young boys and myself and our boys love Halloween and my hubby doesn't but he told me that if I could get him a Master Chief Costume he would dress up with us and well I would just love to surprise him with it. If anyone has any suggestions please send them to me as soon as possible.
