Help finding costume

I am trying to find costumes for a childrens production of Wind in the Willows and need to find a pattern or ready made fat suit for a child to wear under the Toad outfit (age 9-12)

Also I need to find 30-40 striped B/W t-shirts (long or short sleeved) for the Wild-Wooders

Can anyone help????
