Want to create a sexy Cat in The Hat costume

Hi all. I have always wanted to be The Cat in The Hat and I have been able to find the accessories but unable to find a bodysuit that is not really loose. Does anyone know where I can find a solid black, close-fitted one?

Also, any ideas for what to use as the giant "bib" he has on his suit?
