Any Better Costume Ideas ?
Hey Guys, I am looking for costumes for a very creative theme that will give me a very unique and a different look this Halloween. During last halloween, I have picked up a WITCH COSTUME from Costumes4less.com that has created much of the hype but this time around i am looking for a very different unique one. Anyone has any such costume ideas OR know an online store from where i will pick one such costume ?
I was a fortune teller one year. Got a great mask, big hoop earrings, peasant blouse & gawdy skirt, gypsy wig-lots of bangle bracelets, etc.Made a long gold shimmery scarf-knotted on the side of my head and one tied at my waist. The bigger deal of this outfit is that I made the fortune teller's booth as well! I cu out 1 side of a refridgerator box, then used the 3 sided box as the booth-arched window-even had a carboard shelf under the arch on the inside-added a coin slot so when people put in a quarter-it landed in a metal bowl on the shelf. Then I slowly moved to place a wrapped 'fortune cookie' in the lower hole opening. Had a crystal ball that I put a string of flashing battery operated lights inside. Painted typical carnival sayings on the booth-(Love? Money? Success?) I won in 3 different places-total of $425.
