Clockwork Orange
Dress up like the clockwork orange guys. Get a black bowler or derby hat, and fake eyelashes. Also needed, white button-down shirt, white pants, and white suspenders. Top the costume off with what appears to be an athletic protector cup worn on the outside. (Maybe tighty-whity underpants would suffice.) Wear the eyelashes only on the lower-right eye and you can be Alex from Clockwork Orange.
