DIY Cheap (Under $30) Fanta Girls
OK, first go out to Target or KMart of whatever, and buy yourself white (heel optional) faux/patent leather boots. Head to Old Navy and pick up a tank top (if you're the red one, red, orange, orange, etc.) and a little white jacket. Then go to Claire's and get two plastic bangles, one your color and one white. Also grab retro your color hoop earrings and a pair of white leggings. And a headband that's your color. Grab a skirt that matches your color (size of your choice). And some major makeup, duh.
