A famous costume seller, Ricky's NYC, has gone too far by including a mockery of a body dysmorphia sufferer in their range.

The 'Anna Rexia' costume consists of a black mini-dress, printed with a glittery skeleton, headband, choker, removable 'Anna Rexia' badge and a belt that is printed to look like a measuring tape.
